Returns & Refunds policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at jasu.bindia@gmail.com/8238816445 within [10 days] of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as [list non-returnable items like customised products, perishable goods, sale items, etc.].

Process:

1. Contact our support team at jasu.bindia@gmail.com/8238816445 or you can fill out the Exchange and return order form and submit.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as requested.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The customer will have to return their order manually.

Refunds:

Once your return is processed , a refund will be issued the customer will receive their payment via GPay or bank transfer within 7 working days.
